Vanita Kollections Ltd. entitles you to exchange any item purchased online or via phone at 100% of its paid value ( Return Shipping not included) within 7 days of receipt of items if a wrong product has been shipped or it is a defective product.
Jewellery cannot be refunded due to hygienic reasons with an exception of a wrong product.
- As a standard company policy we do not issue refunds on custom orders,stitched product
- All exchanges MUST be accompanied with the original invoice.
- All shipping costs related to exchanges must be borne by the customer.
- Tags and Stickers should be in place and never be re-pasted.
